Backstory

Hello

Welcome to pdam-group.co.uk

  

Through my experience as a school leader, I was always striving to understand more about the students in my care. I believed that personal development and enhancing softer skills was fundamental to their success. With a sharp focus on their character development, I believed we were equipping them for the world.

Purpose of the framework

Our Mission

To support educators with an approach and tool to ensure every disadvantaged young person can embark on a journey of holistic growth allowing them to improve their understanding of self and prepare them to face the world.

Approach

Intent

  

PDAM is developed to help professionals support holistic growth in students. PDAM will shape and inform interactions and provision planned for young people. PDAM will help bring structure and focus to developing softer skills in students and strengthen character. Through this focus on character and personal development we believe that students will be more equipped to face the challenges of our society, so that they can thrive in their communities and beyond, whilst making significant and positive contributions. Ultimately, PDAM will aim to help students learn how to be in the world around them.
