Through weekly key worker sessions, young people have a clear understanding of what they are trying to achieve and what they need to do to achieve.
Through the intensity and busy nature of many settings it is crucial young people are aware of what they are trying to achieve. Through PDAM they are offered a structured pathway to achievement that will result in greater buy in on their journey of growth.
A clear narrative and understanding of their own competencies and what they are trying to achieve.
PDAM will allow young people to achieve quicker. This systematic approach to growth and development will help young people on their journeys through small/bitesize targets that negate the overwhelmining feeling of outcomes that are set full key stages apart.
Although the young people to take control and more importantly have a sense of control and purpose as they progress through the targets and levels of learning.
